1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These terms (hereinafter: *Terms*) govern the purchase of presale tickets for the event Anime Convention UmiKo 2026 (hereinafter: *Convention*).
1.2. The organizer of the Convention is Kulturno društvo UMIKO (hereinafter: *Organizer*), with its registered office at Ulica 15. maja 19B, 6000 Koper, tax number 36338583.
1.3. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

2. TYPES AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS
2.1. Tickets purchased in presale and on the day of the event are valid exclusively for the date and time of the Convention (18/04/2026, 10:00–20:00).
2.2. The ticket allows multiple entries to the event. The Organizer may allow exit and re-entry only upon presentation of valid identification and an appropriate wristband, which is no longer transferable after deactivation.
2.3. Each ticket must be valid at entry (QR code or other verification method). Forged or damaged tickets are not valid.
2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of visitors based on venue capacity and safety regulations.

3. TRANSFERABILITY AND ABUSE
3.1. Tickets are transferable until the QR code is deactivated at the entrance, regardless of the name provided at purchase, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise. After deactivation, the ticket is no longer transferable. The wristband is not transferable.
3.2. Resale of tickets at a higher price (so-called “scalping”) is prohibited.
3.3. In case of abuse (e.g. multiple use of the same ticket, sharing of the QR code), the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate the ticket without refund.

4. PRESALE
4.1. The presale period is determined and publicly announced by the Organizer. Presale ends on April 17 at 23:59:59.
4.2. Presale tickets are available until sold out or until the end of the presale period.
4.3. The Organizer does not guarantee ticket availability on the day of the event.
4.4. Ticket presale is conducted exclusively via the Organizer’s website www.umiko.si
4.5. Payment for presale tickets is possible only via the PayPal service.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1. Ticket prices are determined by the Organizer and published before the start of sales. The presale ticket price is €10.00. On the day of the event, the ticket price is €10.00 for persons aged 13 and above, €5.00 for children aged 6 to 12 inclusive, while children up to 5 years inclusive have free entry. Free entry is also granted to persons with disabilities with one accompanying person, war veterans, and members of the Kulturno društvo UmiKo association. Persons entitled to free entry must present valid identification.
5.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
5.3. The purchase is considered completed only after successful payment.
5.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change prices until the start of the event; already purchased tickets remain valid at the original price.

6. ACCESS AND CONDUCT
6.1. Visitors must follow all instructions of the Organizer, security personnel, and staff.
6.2. The following is prohibited:
* violent, harassing, or discriminatory behavior and communication,
* bringing dangerous items (weapons, pyrotechnics, flammable liquids, poisons, etc.),
* bringing alcohol or illegal substances,
* damaging equipment or premises,
* smoking or vaping both inside and outside the school premises,
* bringing animals or pets,
* selling products or services without explicit permission from the Organizer.
6.3. Cosplay props are allowed only if they are not dangerous. The Organizer may require inspection or prohibit entry/use and is not responsible for confiscated items.
6.4. The Organizer may remove any person violating the rules without prior notice and without refund.

7. PROGRAM AND CHANGES
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, guests, or activities without prior notice.
7.2. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. REFUNDS AND EVENT CANCELLATION
8.1. Tickets are non-refundable except in the following case:
* cancellation of the event not due to force majeure and without a replacement date within the same calendar year.
8.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the deadline set by the Organizer.
8.3. In case of force majeure (e.g. war, natural disasters, epidemics), applicable law applies.
8.4. In case of rescheduling within the same calendar year, refunds are not possible; tickets remain valid.

9. LIABILITY
9.1. Participation is at the visitor’s own risk. Entry for persons under 16 years of age is permitted only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
9.2. The Organizer is not liable for:
* loss or theft of personal belongings,
* injuries resulting from failure to comply with the rules,
* travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses.
9.3. Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
10.1. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of organizing the event.
10.2. Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
10.3. The event may be photographed and recorded without explicit consent; materials may be published or shared, including those involving persons under 16 years of age.

11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1. The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
11.2. The competent court is the court in Slovenia.
